Snowdrops and green shoots of Spring

They only last for a while, but when they come, they are so welcome.

  2. Snowdrops are some of my favorites. You just know that spring can't be far behind. And then it'll be daffodils and tulips - I can't wait!

  3. Oh, thank you Dave! We are in the midst of an ice storm here, very depressing :-(

  4. Hi Dave,

Believe it or not, I saw some snowdrops here in Arkansas just the other day. Aren't they lovely!

  6. Spring is in the ground! (i.e., not quite in the air, but it's a start for certain.)

    Lovely, Dave. Keep them coming.

  7. I'm searching and searching outside for my snowdrops...they are not there yet. With snowdrops, they just seem to pop up in the most unexpected places sometimes.

So thank you for the photo...at least it shows me that Spring cannot be far away! It can't be close enough for me!

  8. I have no snowdrops in my garden so these are lovely to see.

I have heard that a friend in Toronto has them in a pot and she says that they are quite hardy so I'm going to maybe have some next year. ;)
