Wood Duck

This was taken at the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust near Llanelli, a great place to see birds.

    If you lived in one of those houses on the hill overlooking the Arkansas river, I would know where to find you for sure. And I'd come to talk and listen to tales of your homeland.

  5. I've never seen one this colourful before...most I've seen are the ol' black 'n' white variety. He's beautiful.

  6. The last time I seen a Woodduck was at San Deigo Zoo in one of thier collections...I never seen one in the wilds before. Nice picture Dave.
