Garden flowers

Posted by Picasa
The top one is clematis Niobi and the bottom is a rambler called Super Fairy.
I was playing around in the garden with a friends camera. I'm thinking of buying one similar, so its great to be able to try it out for a few days first.

  1. You just named a variety of rambler I have climbing over the house...I was wondering what its name was, as it was here when we moved in.

I also have Niobi, but she isn't in bloom quite yet; she's growing on the north side of the fence and it takes her awhile to wake up in the Spring!

    Very clear, lovely photos, Dave.

  2. Great pictures, Dave. And what a nice friend you have to let you try out the camera.

BTW, better deadhead that clematis so it'll grow another bloom! :-)

  5. I didn't know. I've always called roses like those "fairy roses". They've just looked like they should be called that. Someone else had the same idea.
