Foggy Christmas weather.

Posted by Picasa
Our Christmas weather is very often mild and foggy, and this year was no exception. Just before Christmas we had a very cold snap, then the winds changed, blowing in from the south and west, bringing the milder air. The resulting fog caused huge problems at the airports and on the motorways.
These pictures are of the River Taf and the Millenium stadium.
Hope you all had a pleasant Christmas Day.

  3. Fog is wonderful if you don't have to travel in it. Softens all those edges and lends an air of mystery to ordinary things. Have a happy New Year Dave!

  7. Believe it or not, I am going to miss the misty weather of the Coast. Fog is so mystical...it is one of my favourite times to take photos.
