Croix de Fer

The finished build.

Here's my retirement bike finally built.

For those who are remotely interested, its a Genesis Croix de Fer frameset with carbon forks.

Randonneur handlebars with bar end shifters

Avid BB7 disc brakes with 160mm rotors, Tektro levers

Wheels are Mavic A319 rims with Shimano XT hubs.

Tyres Swalbe Marathon Green 35.

Chainset, front is Shimano Deore 44/32/22 and rear cassette 34/11
Rear mech is Shimano XT long cage

Brooks B17 saddle.

My old donor bike was given to Cardiff Cycle Workshops and hopefully it will be built up and sold on.
