Brandy Cove - Gower

Posted by Picasa
Brandy Cove is situated at the end of a valley that runs down from Bishopston. It is a quiet and secluded cove, twenty minutes walk from Pyle Corner, Bishopston. Alternatively you can walk around the coastal path from Caswell, great care should be taken on this route as the path clings to the edge of steep cliffs.
The cove was probably given its name by smugglers during the eighteenth century, as a favourite place to unload their illegal goods. [ Mumbles Tourist Board]

Rhigos and a camper van

This is the view at the top of the Rhigos [1450feet] and a 4 mile uphill cycle from Treherbert .
But well worth it on a fine day and there's usually an ice van there to reward yourself.

How about this for a camper van then?  It looks as if its used by the off road motorcyclists and the bike goes on the special platform on the front.

Another indoor market?

This time a modern version.  Different but an interesting use of materials and shapes.

Cardiff indoor Market

Markets are usually colourful and interesting and Cardiff's is no different.  Much more choice than the supermarkets.
