Garden flowers

Posted by Picasa
The top one is clematis Niobi and the bottom is a rambler called Super Fairy.
I was playing around in the garden with a friends camera. I'm thinking of buying one similar, so its great to be able to try it out for a few days first.

  1. You just named a variety of rambler I have climbing over the house...I was wondering what its name was, as it was here when we moved in.

I also have Niobi, but she isn't in bloom quite yet; she's growing on the north side of the fence and it takes her awhile to wake up in the Spring!

    Very clear, lovely photos, Dave.

  2. Great pictures, Dave. And what a nice friend you have to let you try out the camera.

BTW, better deadhead that clematis so it'll grow another bloom! :-)

  3. I didn't know you had to dead head clematis, I had better start on mine.

    Love the pics.

  4. Nice pictures. Lot's of little details in the background.

  5. I didn't know. I've always called roses like those "fairy roses". They've just looked like they should be called that. Someone else had the same idea.

  6. Thanks for the tip Jackie.

  7. Beautiful shots! You must have a lovely garden. You are lucky!!

  8. Oh these came out really good, I espeically like the Clematis, they are so very pretty indeed.

As you have taken the time to read my blog and comment then whenever possible I will always reply. Thank you. Dave
