Dave, I'm back to ask if you ever see hands reaching out from the river Wye (like the one you commented on in my photo today?). And, if so, does that happen before or after the walk to the pub :>)
I love taking photos of the underside of things, Dave, as well. This photo reminds me of the story of the three Billy Goats and the troll.
I can still feel the horror my childish mind went through when I first heard the story. It's followed me into adulthood...that feeling of 'something' being underneath me as I cross a bridge, lol!
Your Autum pictures are very pretty, love those colorful trees.
ReplyDeleteJust so you know I won't be going offline, I manage to get most of phone bill paid off. :)
Um...Cable cars or Cable box cars or are these coal cars? Or do you mean one is to wade across that river on over to the Pub?
Have a nice weekend.
Your bridge must carry more weight than mine, I think.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice bridge. Have a great weekend and go and have a beer at that pub!
ReplyDeleteNice bridge, i like the reflects over the water.
ReplyDeletehave a nice weekend :)
I love that bridge...but the song came to mind "Like a bridge over troubled waters..."
ReplyDeleteYes, have a lovely weekend and think of me when you enjoy that drink at the pub...!

ReplyDeleteIf the bridge leads to the pub, then it must be a GREAT bridge.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weeeknd from me too. :0)
Thank you all.
ReplyDeleteNo beer there this weekend I'm afraid, house chores and maybe a small bike ride.
If the strength of the beer and cider sold there is anything to go by then that bridge will have a few stories to tell about people leaving the pub.
Dave,
ReplyDeleteThat's all very well, but how do you get home ?
Do they still close on Sundays in Wales ?
John
