I love the first one....those boots just look too real!!
Love the way the sun is hitting both of them...
Dave --- when I saw the giraffe's I thought the same thing.... OH my goodness, the metal tree~~~ I have also been researching...but have come up with zero!!
The top statue is James Rice Buckley, Vicar of Llandaff 1878-1924 and then Archdeacon of Llandaff 1913 - 1924. The second one is a war memorial to hose of Llandaf and the Cathederal School who died.
Gosh it looks reasonably warm there...like the first statue.

ReplyDeleteThanks for infor about the statues.
I am very attracted to Llandaf, for no good reason. I have researched it a bit, and can still find no reason as to why it calls to me.
ReplyDeleteGuess I'll just have to travel to Wales to find out for myself!
