The village was built as part of the Garden City Movement circa 1913 ,which set out a design for houses and gardens in order to create a pleasing residential environment.
It would be neat if they do filled the car with dirt and plant some flowers within. I have seen cars like that here in USA in different parts of the country years ago that were turned into planters.
