  1. I love trees too. There are so many different kinds and each so lovely on it's own. I think weeping willows are beautiful, and of course here in Southern CA, we have an abundance of Palm Trees, and who could not love pines, and oak, and etc, etc. Thanks for your lovely trees.

    1. I agree Wanda trees are important and not just because of the wildlife they support but also their role in the preserving our environment.

  2. SO nice....it's really hard to get a large tree in a frame, good work!

    1. Sondra, I used the DSLR with an 18 to 55mm lens so the wide angle made it easier.

    1. They are good Kathy and break up or hide features in the landscape. I like it when you have a vast area of flatness and then a row of trees acting as a windbreak.

  4. Cracking photos Dave! Sorry, I replied to your message before I saw your update. I love that shot looking vertically up particularly, and the tree covered in blossom is superb.

  5. Thanks Mick, as I said to Sondra, the wide angle lens comes in handy. In fact that 18 to 55 lens is the one I use most of the time.

  7. Looking up at the sky through the trees is very effective. Looks brilliant full screen.

  8. How beautiful! I especially like the one with the weeping willow over the water. At least I guess it's a weeping willow.
