This was taken at the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust near Llanelli, a great place to see birds.

Brandy Cove
I'm not sure of the origins of the name but it certainly conjures up images of smugglers unloading barrels of brandy and carrying them up this lane to waiting carts who will take them into Swansea.
This little cave is on the way to the beach.
Was it a place to hide the contraband or it is really a Witches Cave?

Cosmeston Lakes
Cosmeston Park is recreational park catering for many tastes.
Please check out the links for more information.
One of my favourites is the medieval village, and the tours of this are well worth it. You are accompanied by a medieval guide, who acts out the role as if he has no knowledge of the modern world. You can imagine how intrigued the kids are when he asks them how they got here and they have to describe what a car / bus is.

Lundy Island lighthouse
I just fancied posting this shot as its a reminder of a very pleasant break I had on the island last year.

Madeleine McCann
If the blogging community can give more publicity to this case then it may be helpful.
British Madeleine McCann, aged 3, was abducted from Praia da Luz in Portugal on 3rd May 2007. Madeleine, of course, could be anywhere in the world now. If you see her or know anything, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or 0044 1883 731 336 for outside UK.

Tenby harbour
Tenby is probably the major holiday resort in West Wales.
I have many fond memories of it, as quite a few friends and I worked here, in the hotels, during our school holidays.
The houses alongside the harbour are in the Nash style of architecture and are a big feature of the town.Monday, May 07, 2007

Boats in the Bay
Some more boats but this time in Cardiff Bay.
The lock gates have seen better days. This is the last area of the Bay that hasn't yet been renovated. When its done the walkway and cycle route will be complete, so you will be able to do a circular tour of the whole Bay area and the barrage.
