When I first lived out in V.A.in them there hills we had no indoor plumbing at all and all we had was a two holer out-house and come my first winter I often dreaded going out to that outside!
The picture of this out-house looks simular to this one I used to have except there weren't no third hole, I wonder if this out-house when it was in usage if the owners ever put in carpet like I insisted on having for ours at one time.
Oh my gosh, don't tell me the family ate there too!
ReplyDeleteHow funny!
ReplyDeleteLol! That was a family man who built this set...he surely had young, short legs in mind!
ReplyDeleteI was just kidding about them eating there but it was a funny comment, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteYes, I was wishing for rain and I've been getting plenty of it. Sometimes you really do get what you wish for!
It is Mother, Daughter, or Father,Son. Rather a unique place to sit....!!
ReplyDeleteDo you suppose it was separate loos for ones and twos and a wee one for a wee wee??? LMAO!
ReplyDeleteIts just.... I can remember using similar facilities when I was a boy. Well not a three seater but the wooden hole long drop.....
ReplyDeleteWow - and this was probably '1st class' at the time!
ReplyDeleteI've seen two-seaters before but this is the first time I've seen one with a kiddie-seat attached.
