Our Christmas weather is very often mild and foggy, and this year was no exception. Just before Christmas we had a very cold snap, then the winds changed, blowing in from the south and west, bringing the milder air. The resulting fog caused huge problems at the airports and on the motorways.
These pictures are of the River Taf and the Millenium stadium.
Hope you all had a pleasant Christmas Day.
The same time in the middle of Greece, with very fog today, to us keeps in the heat Christmas atmosphere of our houses.
ReplyDeleteChristmas greetings

ReplyDeleteHope you had a great christmas.
Fog is wonderful if you don't have to travel in it. Softens all those edges and lends an air of mystery to ordinary things. Have a happy New Year Dave!
ReplyDeleteI agree...Fog is really very lovely if you don't have to drive in it. The pictures have such a mystic glow around them.
ReplyDeleteVery Nice.
Wow definitely a thick fog. We have lots of it here too but not recently. Beautiful shots Dave.
ReplyDeleteThat looks quite magical, a perfect soup for walking through.
ReplyDeleteBelieve it or not, I am going to miss the misty weather of the Coast. Fog is so mystical...it is one of my favourite times to take photos.
