I found this old picture when we moved. I took it in about 1976 on an old Russian camera called a Zorki, which was a copy of the Leica. Stamford has an interesting history, read more about it here.
Wow, I love this photo! In my mind's eye, this is how I see the ancient towns in the UK. It's interesting that you loved photography, with quite a developed eye, way back in 1976.
You didn't say whether you still had the Zorki. I still have the very first Brownie I received as a gift for my birthday...a zillion years ago!
